    Here’s another healthier version of takeout: Crispy Orange Cauliflower. It’s baked instead of fried, and made with cauliflower instead of chicken. This recipe is vegan, however I am using honey here, but you can substitute your preferred sugar. If you’re using a large head of cauliflower this will serve about 4-6 people.
